Spent much of Christmas day working on my North Road Farm painting. Formulating the idea in Photoshop. I think it will be interesting.
Am posting some pics of the mountains in VT/NH. So New England! Hairpin turns and winding roads.
Hairpin Road, Heavenly Guardrails
Were the road always straight
How easy to traverse
No problem when it narrows on the trails.
But life, like a real road
Has lots of twists and turns
Look to the Lord for His guardrails.

Finally my blog site is ready to start my journaling
Good Sunday afternoon to all my family and friends. My blog is finally ready. As many of you know, I have already been welcomed to several Horse Farms to paint and get their story for my final project. This will be short today but I want to thank those who have been an encouragement to me.
Including the first horse farm owners who allowed me to interview and photograph for future paintings : Jan Brubacher of Fremont, NH at j.brubacher@comcast.net; Steve Davis, Director of the VT horse barn, uvmorgan@uvm.edu; and Luman Wadhams in Warren, VT, morgansforsale@lwstable.com . What a pleasure to meet them and get their stories. I will post some pictures later.
Also I want to especially thank my daughters, Crystal and Lisa; and sons, Mark and Daryl; sisters, Carol and DeDe; and brother David; and all their families, who have encouraged me and provided help as I prepare to embark on this adventure. My mom Carolyn who is 90yrs old has always supported me and does so now! Thank you MOM.
Not the least of my friends and family are all my guests I have had the privilege to meet at the 7th Floor Concierge Lounge at the Radisson Nashua Hotel, and my coworkers, who I count as part of my family as well. Thank you all for your encouragement. I am so excited to start my dream journey.
Have a nice day today and I will write again soon.
